Prices may vary based on previous color treatments or if you’re seeking a major transformation. We offer base pricing with customizable options, and if you have a budget in mind, let us know during your consultation so we can provide the best options for you.

To enhance your experience, we encourage you to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We offer complimentary beverages, and arriving early gives you a few moments to unwind and settle in before we begin.

The duration of your visit depends on your hair goals and the services needed to achieve them. Our team is highly efficient, and we do not double-book, ensuring our focus is solely on you. While we never rush, we do work efficiently. If you have any time constraints, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly.  

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! We understand your appointment may be between meetings, workouts, or other plans, so come as you are. We provide robes for all guests and recommend either wearing one over your clothing or changing out of tops with hoods, collars, or delicate fabrics. While we take every precaution to protect your clothing, we do not accept liability for any damage that may occur during your visit.

Gratuity is not included in our pricing. If you received exceptional service and would like to leave a tip, our artists gratefully accept gratuities via Venmo or cash only.

We reserve a dedicated block of time just for you. To avoid a $150 cancellation fee, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.  

For no-call, no-show appointments, or same day cancellation,  a $300 fee** .  

We understand that life happens, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Communication is key—please reach out if you need to adjust your appointment, and we will do our best to work with you. 

Yes! We want you to love your hair as much as we love creating it. Think of the first two visits as a “getting to know you” phase—by your third visit, we’ve seen how your color and cut hold up and received your feedback for any fine-tuning.  

We offer a 7-day adjustment period for any minor tweaks needed after your visit—whether it’s your first or your hundredth appointment. If something feels off, let us know within 7 days, and we will schedule a quick adjustment with the same artist. Please note:  

- Adjustments do not include a full style or blow-dry, but we will dry the necessary areas to ensure you’re happy.  

- If you do not contact us within 7 days, we cannot honor this policy.  

Adjustments are rare, but we encourage open communication—we’d rather perfect your hair than have you unhappy with your investment! If you choose to leave a negative review without requesting an adjustment, or allowing us the opportunity to give you a solution,  you waive this policy.
